Woodstock is a multi-asset investment fund house focused on investments in emerging technologies. Our primary focus is distributed ledger technology (DLT) with emphasis on four areas - public DLT, decentralised finance (DeFi), tokenisation (including non-fungible tokens) and web 3.0 protocols. Woodstock manages two funds, both registered with the Cayman Island Monetary Authority: (i) Woodstock Capital Fund I - discretionary fund for strategic investors; and (ii) Woodstock Capital Fund II - aggregated fund for HNIs, family offices and institutional investors. - Successfully oversaw the end-to-end journey of over 100 investors within the fund. - Facilitated the closure of a $3 million fundraise. - Managed expenses totaling $5 million with impeccable accuracy and no discrepancies. - Designing and implementing strategic policies and processes to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. - Overseeing the entire investor journey, from onboarding to ongoing communication and reporting, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. - Collaborating with external partners such as vendors, contractors, and service providers to optimize operational effectiveness and manage relationships.

- Co-founded a think tank and launched the first SME vertical in all Indian life insurance companies for driving Business Insurance. - Co-creating and delivering 150+ workshops for SME University, covering 5200+ sales team members and 1000 SME entrepreneurs. - Facilitating path-breaking new relationships, onboarding major banks, especially the largest private sector bank, for the Bancassurance channel & forging over 30 partnerships with various leading industrial associations, top E-Commerce portals, elite educational institutes, etc. - Working with HDFC, DSF, and TPD channels of the company, launching new initiatives for Sales team members resulting in direct revenue growth of $6 Mn+ in 4 years.

- Leading the setup and operations of a 'process waste recycling' start-up, overseeing plant installation, project finance, and business development. - Conceptualizing and designing a new manufacturing setup for efficient production, minimizing delays and interest burden. - Implementing an optimized Supply Chain for minimal capital expenditure and maximum resource utilization. - Securing funding for 50% of the project cost (USD 250,000), expediting production kick-off. - Managing Business Development to secure clients for 100% first-year output procurement.
