    A couple of projects I worked on : - Oversaw the launch of the new website, within a 3-month deadline. Collaborated cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, finance and operations. the new website saw a surge in SEO traffic of over 300%. - Improved customer engagement with new customer success processes and a new customer success playbook to support our clients (HR benefits leaders) in the internal use of Fertifa. - Built and executed a comprehensive RevOps strategy across sales and marketing that provided lead quality improvement and ICP focus. - Created the finance department in the firm and developed streamlined processes for accounting, expense management, and P&L analysis, resulting in a 15% reduction in error rates. - Developed comprehensive market research on the Spanish fertility industry, identifying key competitors and market trends. - Streamlined OKRs and Diagnostic Metrics across the firm.

    2020 - 2021

    Core scope of the project: - Analysed customer feedback and market trends to tailor product offering and messaging of a telemedicine company in the UK, collaborating with NHS stakeholders (100+ interviews). - Optimising Pushdoctor's product and sales strategy as growth challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic were experienced. - Worked across the C-suite, product, clinical and growth team to define and track the KPIs to measure product success. - master's dissertation was focused on the future of primary care in the UK based on this experience and what should the next stage of digital innovations be.

    2019 - 2020

    Business Development is the "value-added" team that aims to manage the LPs of the fund (Limited Partners) and focus on the future fundraisings of the upcoming Partech fund. Whilst I was there, my role was focused on: - Developing personalized Quarterly Business Review for each of Partech's Limited Partners, tailoring the discussions to align with their specific investment objectives and strategic goals. - Connecting Partech's portfolio with the relevant teams in large CAC40 companies, should those be LPs of the fund or prospect LPs. The goal was to increase conversions to POCs. - Developing tailored growth presentations for top CAC40 companies in Healthcare, Employee Benefits, Insurance, and Retail resulting in a 15% increase in strategic startup discussion.

    Barfly aimed to reduce bottlenecks in restaurants and bars by becoming a seamless payment integrator to their POS. It allowed customers to buy and pay drinks from their phones, as well as control alcohol consumption. - Achieved a 20% reduction in payment process inefficiencies by developing a comprehensive product for bars and restaurants. - Launch resulted in 500 active users in the first month and a significant reduction in payment transaction time.

    Manager of a sub-group of the Digital Marketing team of StaffAny, a pre-seed start-up in the university’s incubator. Participated on the creation of the whole marketing campaign through SEM, Facebook, SEO, and email to attract customers.
