• Customer Business Development (CBD) Department, Hypers Team • Among others, my duties and responsabilities included: ✓ Evolution of shares analysis: Developed a tool to compare the client’s weight out of the total market and its evolution vs year ago, in value and volume in the different categories P&G operates. ✓ Initiatives tracking: In charge of the follow up of the new products launched for our customer, to address the distribution opportunities. In order to improve future commercial innovations, I also tracked the execution agreed with the customer and the ones implemented at store level. ✓ Assortment recommendation: Based on the guidelines of the MS&P’s (Market Strategy & Planning) and past shipments of the client, I completed a file with the product recommendation for the different categories addressed to the in-store assistants, including tips showing the opportunities store by store. ✓ Competitor analysis: Created a tool to analyze the evolution of the main competitors’ launches’ shares. Based on the conclusions of these monthly reports and the promotional analysis, I recommended an action plan for P&G brands. ✓ Conceptual Sales Presentations • Received the following trainings: - Negotiation for Value (Advanced) - Finance for non-finance
