Isaac Shi serves as CTO of Prognosis Health Information Systems since 2006. He is one of the company’s founders and a managing partner. His vision and innovation is a driving force behind ChartAccess® EMR’s cutting edge technologies. He is responsible for the novel web 2.0 architecture and framework, which serves as a foundation for ChartAccess’ web-based, Mr. Shi has more than a decade of software architecting and development experience. Prior to Prognosis, he was a key author and architect of the iHotelier, the largest independent hotel booking engine in the US.
