Founded in Stockholm in 2010, the financial technology company revolutionised mobile payments with the world’s first mini chip card reader and software for mobile devices. Today iZettle’s commerce platform for small businesses in Europe and Latin America provides tools to get paid, sell smarter and grow your business – in-store and online. • iZettle has been recognized by Financial Times, World Economic Forum and Deloitte as one of Europe’s most innovative and fastest growing companies. • In May 2018, PayPal made its biggest acquisition to date when it bought iZettle for $2,2 bn. Following the deal, iZettle will become the global Center of Excellence for PayPal’s in-store product and services offering, with access to more than 19 million merchant relationships around the world. • Prior to PayPal’s acquisition, iZettle raised about €243 million in growth capital from investors including Dawn Capital, Index Ventures, 83North, Zouk Capital, Northzone and Swedish pension funds AP1, AP4 and AMF.

    Communication Agency for performance based marketing, integrated media and advertising, online and offline. Awarded Media Agency of the year 2009 and 2010. Tre Kronor was acquired by UCP in April 2010.

    Legal movie file sharing service based on bit torrent technology. Funded in 2007 and acquired by Bonver Entertainment in 2010. Main focus on pro-tail content with global territory rights.
