Co-manage all pillars of the company as well as business development and project management. Provide consulting services in the insurance, brokerage, and assistance sectors to tackle challenges in strategy, distribution, pricing, financial viability, digital transformation, processes and operations. Advised a leading global insurance broking firm on an operational model that will enable savings efficiency of around R$ 30 million in 3 years in core operations in Brazil and was subsequently in charge of implementing the model end-to-end, from a diagnosis of headcount and full-time equivalent resources, process improvement and designing and launching a digital management platform. Managed internal and external supplier teams as a PMO for 2 insurtech start-ups in the mobility sector and helped to build a new strategy in order to grow market share and launch the brand. Designed bundled insurance products together with a Funeral Assistance Company and negotiated with insurance companies to develop and co-launch said products managing to secure a partnership contract between our client and a relevant multinational carrier. Undertook a market study of the private pensions sector in Brazil for a pension fund showing the size of the market, products offered and behaviour and positioning of the main players, to facilitate access to new unattended niches or new product offerings for the client to consider a wider value proposal for its members. Structured the P&L and defined financial KPIs in terms of revenue, costs and profitability in order to improve the decision-making process of an auto protection company.

Provided consulting services for 25+ companies in the insurance, reinsurance and brokerage sectors to tackle challenges in strategy, distribution, digital transformation, processes and operations. Evaluated the Latam 5-year strategy for a global bancassurance group, including a thorough revision of products, channels, operations and IT and built an action plan to move forward with a growth strategy to generate value of +R$ 135 million. Built a go-to-market strategy for a multinational insurance company focused on large risks to enter niche affinity market involving a financial viability analysis with a modular scenario simulation tool involving variables such as the implementation of new products, projects and channels in order to generate R$ 600 million of profitable revenue in 5 years. Advised two insurtech companies participating in the Brazilian insurance regulator’s Sandbox to successfully obtain a license to operate as insurance companies in the 2020 edition Sandbox. Worked with a multinational insurance company that was pondering the purchase of a local insurance company in Brazil by evaluating potential sellers with a synergic portfolio of insurance products.

Coordinated an internal transversal team and an external supplier to build the AXA Brasil site, collecting inputs from all business areas and executive team, obtaining an increase of 5% in visits to site and a relevant increase in time spent by users on main pages. Reduced area costs by 16% with a 5mln BRL budget in a period of one year through negotiating with suppliers and controlling digital business projects´ deliverables. Managed the development of innovative digital assets for a large retail client (approximate revenue of R$5,5 Bi) through agile methodology, delivering in sprints whilst analysing customer behaviour (analytics), prototyping, implementing, and organizing user tests, always focusing on continuous improvement by monitoring performance to obtain insights for better-informed decision making. Took charge of a digital agency provider to optimize all online campaigns and create relevant content for clients and target segments.
