    2016 - 2018

    -Founded Evopass (originally known as TicketChain) whilst at University, grew the team from three to seven people and developed a sales & marketing strategy which led to us achieving €30,000 in monthly sales. -Oversaw the development of a mobile application and website which enabled over €120,000 in sales within five months of going live. Used React Native & Expo frameworks to enable continuous deployment & iteration. -Led the company through a full pivot and rebrand, including a new business model, mission and product strategy. Went on to lead the development of a Web App P2P marketplace. -Developed a digital marketing strategy and implemented it across Facebook, Medium and Google Adwords. Was solely responsible for implementation and optimisation of Adwords. -Was responsible for fundraising and secured €60,000 in funding through private investments and grants. -Skills learnt: Sales, Negotiation, Fundraising, Rebranding, Agile Product Development, Product Direction & Roadmap, SCRUM, Hiring, Google Analytics, Adwords, Digital Marketing, Managing Teams, Pivoting.
