Guru merged with Unicru, a recruiting software company based in Portland, in December 2002. Unicru was acquired by Kronos, a public software company based in Boston area, in August 2006.

First employee during business school (summer MBA) of startup seed financed out of Kleiner Perkins offices in Silicon Valley. Drugstore.com went public and was then acquired by Walgreens.
