Work Experience

    2022 - Current

  • Interim Head of Product

    2021 - 2021

I joined Lunchbox as the Interim Head of Product to strengthen a product led organization during a time of hypergrowth. As an interim member of the leadership team I was able to: *Work across sales, operations, engineering and customer support leadership to build out the product infrastructure and processes to continue to scale *Quickly build out the product team from zero, moving product decisions from the Engineering Org to a full Product and Design Org *Implement KPI driven product success metrics that directly tied to an aggressive roadmap and Lunchbox's strategic goals *Collaborate with the new VP of Engineering to implement agile development practices *Build product input and documentation cycles to support sales and customer success organizations *Build a team culture that made everyone excited to come to work each day *Be known as the "cross-functional cultural beacon" All of these processes were put in place to keep the already breakneck speed of the Lunchbox engineering team moving quickly while shifting to a product driven development roadmap.

  • Director of Product

    2019 - 2021

As Director of Product, I led the product strategy and go-to-market plans for new business ventures in the $225b pet care industry, building new products from conception through pilot and scale. This includes working with revenue, internal platforms, and our core data team to align on our roadmaps, productization paths, and key areas of integration both within Kinship and the (much) larger Mars organization.
