Adopted across Cargill Foods - North America - Developed and implemented a worker safety/risk assessment database resulting in $500K in annual savings. Received company-wide recognition and adoption by other business units - Negotiated with the Canadian, Japanese, Korean, and United States governments on product safety regulations and import restrictions associated with BSE “mad cow” outbreak
