    - Drove the product design and customer experience as an individual contributor and manager. - Recruited our first product designer in March 2014 and two more in January 2015 to help ship our first three products in June 2015: Brigade for iOS, Android, and Brigade.com.

    - Causes acquired Votizen in January 2013. - Started as an individual contributor and creative director working on a new Causes.com product launched in September 2013. - Promoted to VP of Design, managing a team of seven across marketing, design, and user research.

    - Founding designer and the first hire at Votizen. - Sole designer for product and marketing. - Designed several iterations of Votizen products for consumers and campaigns, the Votizen brand, and drove marketing communications and PR.

    - First Designer-in-Residence ever at a major firm. - Provided user experience, design, and marketing guidance to Bessemer portfolio companies, including Reputation Defender, Intacct, and LinkedIn.

  • Lead Creative Direction, Personal Finance

    - Intuit acquired Mint.com on November 2, 2009.

  • Lead Designer

    2007 - 2009

    - Led product and visual design for Mint.com and, later, Mint for iOS. - Created user interfaces from idea to sketch to high-fidelity design to code deliverables. - Set the creative and brand direction for the company, including visuals, voice, and tone, and created many of the deliverables and brand components used in marketing communications.
