Superlayer is a Web3 venture studio that builds and supports new multi-chain, tokenized consumer products and applications powered by the RLY Protocol. Superlayer works with partners and teams to facilitate the launch, staffing, go-to-market, compliance, and fundraising for Web3 projects. The Web3 venture studio’s mission is to attract and support the next 100 million people using crypto. I joined Superlayer as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to architect and launch an e-commerce business. The venture we set-up revolved around mobile-first consumer fashion initially targeting GenZ. We built an offering utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) allowing users to create original fashion-based content with real products, and aimed to create a community utilizing influencers, creators, and the overall creator economy. This was combined with underlying affiliate monetization and Web3 components. As the Chief Product Officer (CPO), I led all product, engineering and development, and strategy. As a business, we raised money and were funded by Superlayer, M13, 11:11 Media, and Paris Hilton.
