    UITP (International Association of Public Transport) is a global organization, promoting urban transport and sustainable mobility around the world. UITP has more than 1,900 members in 100 countries around the world. UITP has more than 14 regional offices including Auckland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Delhi, Dubai, Brussels, Abidjan, New York, Sao Paulo, and New York. The role will be to promote the mission of sustainable mobility around the world.

    Heading UITP North America Office and working with 150 Members in the USA and Canada. The members include leading transit agencies, industry members, and new mobility players. 2019-2022: Innovation Specialist Heading global startup initiatives and developing a strategy to work with mobility startups around the world. Also managing UITP Global IT committee, consisting of 45 authorities, transit agencies, and industries, working on key topics - MaaS, artificial intelligence & machine learning, ticketing & payment, blockchain etc. 2015-2019: Head of UITP India Office

    BelongHere was an immigration tech company and worked towards making the journey of immigrants easier. The company's mission was to assist newcomers/immigrants in Canada in creating a local profile and connecting with industry experts. We validated the idea by surveying 250+ newcomers to learn about their difficulties in finding work in their new country and developed the Go-to-market strategy.

    Uber started their journey in India in 2013 and was facing major crisis at the end of 2014 from the regulators. Worked with the company to prepare relaunch strategy in 2015 and engagement strategy with the policy makers and regulators. Worked with the team to prepare growth strategy and build partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, including state transport departments, driving training institutions etc.

    2010 - 2014

    The Other Home was founded in 2010 to offer authentic and affordable accommodations to travelers in India. The company scaled up in a short span and was managing 2,500 properties across India. It received a term sheet from HomeAway Inc. in 2014, but the deal was called off owing to the regulatory environment.
