Curriculum based on 8-month intense training followed by 12 months intership at company mixed with one week per month back to class training.

    Inside Nestadio Capital, an independent VC firm based in Brittany, France: -Founder of Nestadio Techfunds, a seed fund designed in partnership with Microsoft to fill the financing gap in the early stage space in the French Tech ecosystem. -Founder of Zgrage/ Nestadio Ventures: an international accelerator program designed in partnership with Microsoft to help French startups with global potential to enter the US Market.     Drove the development of MS CRM business in 17 markets outside the US, development of local infrastructure, initial channel and of local team recruiting and training to support this new business. Part of the global launch team of CRM 1.5 in 17 countries with a focus on partner and field readiness. After the initial 18 months of sales, the business grew to 2 500 customers in 52 countries supported by 1700 CRM certified partners and 500 ISVs.

    Part of the initial incubation team of Microsoft CRM. Drive strategic planning , develop buy/partner/ build analysis; orchestrate customer quantitative and qualitative research, usability testing; work on product vision and business planning review; support program management, development and testing through shipping the initial 1.0 MSCRM Release; work on acquisition of start-ups and its integration to Microsoft.
