    Grew this consulting business from a three person startup to a sustainable consulting business through hiring, mentoring and leading consultants to deliver high quality projects. Increased project capacity from one project to four concurrent projects and created and executed on plans to delver 50% to 100% annual revenue increases. Projects included strategy and innovation projects. We designed large-scale scenario strategies that prioritized M&A opportunities, guided investment decisions and informed organization design. Some results included 15% YOY growth, acquisitions to reach target production and earnings and a redesign of operations.

    A leader in the creation of a shared services office to drive down costs, improve service delivery and improve operations management. Developed a shared services operation aligned to operating needs. Led initiative to create shared metrics with operations.

    Created the business development strategy for diamonds, identifying options for growth and developing the plans to execute. Our team worked globally to define potential acquisitions, evaluate the opportunities and negotiate deals. These opportunities ranged from off take agreements in Angola, to acquisitions in Canada and operational changes in Australia.
