    GM of QUALCOMM's Eudora Products group, then a highly respected and somewhat legendary email client. Promoted to SVP & GM April 2000, had full P&L and development responsibility. Responsible for shifting product from retail "box product" to "download" and "ad supported" model. Reduced cost on "box product" by 75% in first few months, increased channels of domestic and international distrubution. Grew team to develop / implement early, and at the time largest, ad supported application model. Two patents, including early patent on serving content/ads into applications (now pervasive online and in mobile)

Responsible for all marketing planning, staffing, budgeting, MarCom (both consumer and trade), Events, PR, establishment/staffing of Global/Regions, product launches, website, establishing/maintaining agency relationships (PR / Advertising), establishment of channel activites etc. Went from Staff of 6 to 100+ (total internal external), and figure budget up to "much larger", including National TV/Print (including Superbowl TV Ads in 1998), global channel/marketing campaigns, and driving both Phone business mktg as well as establishing overall QUALCOMM Brand Presence In 1998/1999 was responsible for both QCP Marketing, and also took over responsibility for QC Corporate Marketing as well (PR, MarCom, Events, Web, etc)
