    This hands-on learning experience is designed for those intrigued by the prospect of funding the next big idea. Conducted within the newly funded Tulane Venture Fund, this immersive course allows students to deeply explore the fundamentals of angel and venture capital investing in a real-world setting. The curriculum is highly applied, covering all aspects of VC investing: from opportunity sourcing, evaluation, and decision-making, to deal structuring, follow-on investing, and successful exits. Instructors are two industry veterans with diverse backgrounds and extensive experience, sharing insights from real-world cases, including behind-the-scenes details of deal processes rarely publicized. As part of this experiential learning experience, students will sharpen their investment acumen, gain insights into entrepreneurial finance, and prepare to navigate the complexities of a venture capital career with confidence.
