As a member of multiple deal teams for the Manufacturing & Wearables/ New Technologies Sectors, Jen participated in multiple deals including new & follow-on venture capital investments (recaps and down rounds), bridge loans, PIPE transactions, secondary offerings, and convertible loans. She drove analysis on company financials, IRR, and cap tables and completed deal due diligence. She assisted with creating sector investment strategies and engaged with Business Units to ensure strategic alignment on deals
