Pleo was founded in 2015 by Jeppe Rindom and Niccolo Perra and the company have raised +$400m of growth capital.

Maintenance management software is used by many leading companies world-wide in a variety of industries and organizations to maintain high-value capital assets such as plants, facilities and equipment. The company has been exited.

    2013 - 2014

    Nodes Group is specialized in the design and development of great mobile and social apps on behalf of major European companies and brands such as L’Oreal, Carlsberg, BMW and LEGO. I handled general management matters and the completion of a turn-around, which included steps such as: + Strategic repositioning to adapt a recurring and scalable business model + Defining and making KPI’s transparent and linked to individual incentives + Geographical focus on Denmark and UK (closing activities in Germany and Norway) + Restructuring of the largest subsidiary + Reducing the cost base with almost 50% to secure a sustainable and profitable financial performance + Origination and closing of a majority equity stake to a strategic partner

    YWC Sports (acquired by Ironman in 2013) have developed ten high profile sports events in Denmark. The event portfolio includes a number of triathlon races such as the iron distance race, Challenge Copenhagen and the road bike race, Copenhagen Grand Fondo. The group was acquired by Providence backed World Triathlon Corporation (owner of the IRONMAN series) in June 2013

    Tradeshift Inc is a B2B platform that connects businesses globally. Tradeshift was founded in 2009, with the vision to change how businesses interact in crucial trade processes and have spread to more than 190 countries with headquarters in San Francisco and representation in Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Munich, London and Paris. Some of my responsibilities were: + Operations (Admin, Finance, Legal & HR) + Fundraising & Investor relations (+$35mio. raised in 2011-13) + Commercial development of financial solutions and strategic partnerships

    Chr. Hansen is a market leading bioscience company providing innovate ingredients such as cultures, enzymes and natural colors to dairy, dietary supplements and other food categories. During my time with the company, it was backed by private equity (PAI Partners). I was during my tenure responsible of projects such as: + Preparation and execution of a successful $3-4bn IPO process (building the equity story, engagement of advisors, IPO management, presenting at management roadshow etc.) + Divestment of a business unit + Screening and execution of acquisition targets + Corporate strategy projects

    A part of a team of nine professionals leaving Carnegie to form a new leading M&A/Investment banking unit within FIH Erhvervsbank. FIH PARTNERS achieved a dominating position in the Danish M&A market within 24 months. Advisor in a number of international acquisitions, divestments and capital market transactions. Deal sizes ranging anywhere between €20mio. and €1,000mio.
