Our Growth Capital business offers entrepreneur friendly finance to early stage but profitable SMEs to help them on the growth journey. Investee companies include One Gym, Sushi Dog, House Buyer Bureau, Apex bridging, One Utility Bill and Alertacall.

The Middleton Foundation is a vehicle for philanthropy, whose purpose is to make a significant impact over time. Molly’s Project was set up by The Middleton Foundation to provide social housing for people with learning difficulties, coming out of the care system in the North-East of England. Charity Escapes was a wholly owned trading subsidiary of The Middleton Foundation, a registered charity (charity number 1168170), and the 1st long term project of the foundation. Charity Escapes sourced prizes for fundraising events. We successfully raised £1,074,00 for a range of charities.

Founded Fast fix plumbing and heating with Richard Harpin. This developed into HomeServe plc a FTSE 100 company before selling to Brookfield the Canadian PE house. Jeremy was a member of the Executive team until the business was sold in 2023.
