    Leading European Venture Capital Fund (750M€) dedicated to supporting great innovative startups from early stage to growth development. I got into entrepreneurship at 23 when I was a student at HEC and since then I had the opportunity to be CEO and co-founder of 3 start-ups Directinet (acquired by IPT), Ad4Screen (acquired by Dzeta Conseil) & Accengage (acquired by Airship). And with all of them I went through fundraising roadshows, pivots, high growth phases, M&A, internationalisation… and finally exits! Following my first exit, in 2007, I was lucky to become an Executive Board Member of a company listed on the London Stock Exchange. I was in charge of to the acquisition of an e-mail marketing software company and discovered then the beauty of SaaS models.After my third exit in 2019 came that existential question: “what’s next?”, so I decided to share the best practices as well as mistakes I had made along the way as independent board member or advisor of various start-ups and mentor at HEC Incubator & Wilco Accelerator. I was also pleased to serve as Member of 1st French National Digital Council.I got to know Amelie Faure through a common connection and was impressed by “ the Operating Team Approach ” she had put in place at Serena. At Serena, I am in charge of providing operational support to the founders & C-levels of portfolio companies in order to help them become their best self when it comes to execution and operational efficiency. Our first two verticals: - e-commerce: we fund their marketing spendings and get paid back later according to their sales - SaaS: we convert their monthly subscriptions into upfront cash

    At Libeo, we aim to disrupt financial exchanges between companies. We are building a unique platform to collect, monitor and pay any supplier invoice. No bank account details needed. Only an email address and click. Libeo is a “French Tech” that received the Finance Innovation label and the “Start up of the year” a fromward WILCO and Société Générale. Libeo is a member of FranceFintech community and Platform58, the incubator of La Banque Postale. We also partner with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Ile-de-France, Rungis&Co and BNP Paribas.
