During my time in the role, we had the following impact: 1/ Reduced annual marketing costs 48% by transitioning the global performance marketing function to be independently supported in Europe 2/ Streamlined marketing to drive greater consistency in the user experience globally by focusing on 3 priority verticals and 6 languages 3/ Delivered 25%+ revenue growth in Q3 and Q4 2019 from capitalising on paid search changes in the market, channel mix optimisations, conversion improvements and the UK brand campaign 4/ Carved out the StubHub International business as a stand-alone entity and restructured the global footprint to prepare it for sale following viagogo’s $4B acquisition of StubHub in Feb 2019
