Managed on a multi-million dollar account and led a team of biomed, imaging, and laboratory technicians that service 12 large hospitals and a number of clinics in the Austin, TX area. Ensured the entire network was compliant and serviced the medical equipment to industry best practices. Successfully managed a budget, performed financial analysis, and innovated techniques to save both the client and the company money. Handled customer relations for TriMedx with hospital managers, directors, and executives while ensuring quality service was provided and equipment downtime was kept at a minimum. Consistently hit key performance metrics and served on a number of internal company programs and committees. Spearheaded the creation of an FTE placement modeling tool to optimize business practices and service delivery. Through these strategies, we were able to save the company millions and have the best financial performance of the facility's history. Designed and constructed a physical prototype of a first-generation Arthroscopy Fluid Collection System for knee arthroscopy. Created CAD models and documentation to illustrate the design.
