I hired everyone on my team + 5 people who reported directly to dev VP - Employee ranking, setting personal goals, performance reviews, managing salary increases - In 2005 I and my team assumed full control of ad production systems development projects for Monster EU/JobPilot businesses. My responsibilities included .Project Management, Business Requirements management, SW development processes management, Quality management and system architecture.
