PM Lead for Non-Restaurants Product Offerings (Grocery, Retail, Pharma, Microfulfillment). Launched from 0 to 650,000 weekly grocery deliveries with Walmart and Albertsons partnership. Working directly with the senior management team and engineering to integrate DoorDash Drive (API for white label fulfillment) by building new integrations (shopper API, multi-routing, substitution logic, events API, identity microservices for pharma, HIPPA + GDPR, etc) to enable enterprise 3PL adoption.

Launched DoorDash Drive API Platform where retailers can fulfill local delivery orders placed through their own app or website by integrating into our network of 1 million+ monthly active Dashers. Product development includes the build out of the API infrastructure (white-label dispatch optimization, pricing models, scheduling + alerting, and delivery-as-a-service) for Fortune 500 companies.

Led product team to experiment and launch automated driver incentives (Consecutive Trips Boost & Build Your Own Quest) across 700+ cities globally. Platform development includes advanced economics modeling and machine learning to optimize $2B of global driver promotions spend. Focus was on strengthening our infrastructure and incentive models to ensure that supply forecasts are optimally positioned relative to demand predictions while making sure drivers are always paid on time.

Managed global launches for driver incentives and mobilization of cross-functional teams (Eng, Data Science, Ops, S&P, Support, Marketing, Legal, Policy) to experiment and launch automated promotions across 700+ cities globally Built comprehensive review tools to help operations and support teams track a user’s account history and help them map user behavior stats with inbound support tickets to identify whether a customer had been incorrectly flagged (for fraud, promotions, bans, etc.)
US Regional Operations Lead, Risk & Fraud
2015 - 2015
Managed US regional operations strategy across driver supply & risk management. Created custom queries to scope attack vectors and deployed fraud rules to identify rider (chargebacks, ATO, account duplication, 2FA, new promotion abuse) and driver fraud (phishing, incentive abuse, instant pay + fare inflation, geolocation spoofing and app tampering prevention) and standardized abuse framework and implemented risk checks at multiple points across the user lifecycle.
