Overview

Work Experience

  • Operating Partner

    2019 - Current

Recruited to scale US-based non-investment revenue from zero to $X million. I work with the CEOs of the top 5% of SOSV’s portfolio companies to identify value drivers, structure revenue models, develop GTM strategies and build scalable strategic partner pipelines. I leverage F1000 strategic C-level relationships to execute game-changing partnerships that increase portfolio company TVPI. I built a global team and implemented a CRM platform to identify, measure, and manage pipelines at scale. I developed a 12-month, originally produced, highly curated, targeted content curriculum (panel presentations, salon dinners, fireside chats) to enhance portfolio company visibility, drive industry thought leadership, and facilitate engagement across VC/PE firms, corporates, and fund portfolio companies. Example: @Renegade.bio had a proprietary COVID-19 test that was 2x faster than standard with 4x throughput. Working for SOSV, together with Renegade’s CEO, I created a growth strategy. Evaluated product offering; created testing revenue model; identified NYC CLIA lab; negotiated favorable lease for lab space; built GTM strategy around government funding for testing locations; and leveraged extensive network to identify, structure and negotiate first 3-5 sales partnerships, scaling from 0 to 10k tests per week. Succeeded in increasing company valuation 4x and growing employees 4x in 8 wks.
