    Encore is an experienced leadership team of entrepreneurs and business leaders with deep consumer service industry backgrounds and strong track records building/scaling multiple businesses. We are currently investing across three verticals: Home Health Agencies, Med Spa and Pet Resorts. At Encore, I lead all financial, fund management and risk management efforts for the firm. In addition, I also serve as a financial operating partner to our platforms implementing best practices in the areas of financial reporting, cash forecasting, M&A integrations and team growth.

    Served as the strategic, operational, and financial leader of the firm within a group of 3 managing partners, 2 direct reports, and numerous shareholders. Guided capital transactions with a primary focus on building consensus between cross-functional and cross-generational stakeholders on valuation, structure, and governance. Developed annual budgets and financial reporting process, including burn rate monitoring to support key strategic initiatives in personnel, accelerator operations, and marketing. Managed all investor/LP relationships, including authoring semi-annual investor updates with portfolio reporting and fund performance benchmarking. Led and coordinated all investment, legal, fund administration, and governance processes, interfacing with internal and external providers for bookkeeping, audit, tax, legal, and compliance. Key accomplishments include: * Raised $12M+ from high net worth investors across multiple venture funds and sidecar SPV's investing in sports, technology, and human performance. * Directed the transaction process, including due diligence, deal structuring/terms, and negotiation of legal documents for 115+ total investments in ~80 portfolio companies. * Developed a recurring portfolio valuation and Investment Committee approval process. * Served as Interim Director of Accelerator Operations for 18 months, coordinating multiple external stakeholders across 3 accelerator cohorts. Acted as the direct conduit for portfolio companies to business development networks and subject matter experts. Managed a rigorous 14-week accelerator program for 20+ early-stage companies.

    Delivered corporate development, consulting and investment banking projects as opportunities arose on a firm-wide basis on behalf of the shareholder group and related parties, acting as a key contributor to executive strategy sessions. Executed numerous fractional CFO/COO engagements for early-stage businesses in the areas of sports, fintech and healthtech, focusing on the intersection of finance, strategy and operations. Key accomplishments included: * Acted as the internal lead and liaison to the various Stadia investment funds as the registered fund manager ensuring proper compliance with all SEC and FINRA regulatory protocols until Stadia was spun out as an exempt reporting advisor in May 2021. * Served as fractional CFO for Boditrak Sports from 9/2017 – 9/2019, including implementing regular financial reporting processes and investor communications. * Served as fractional CFO/COO for Cast from 7/2015 – 6/2017, including planning and Executing all aspects of $150k pre-seed funding round from local angel investors. * Supported firm leadership in driving $10M capital raise for de novo banking client of broker dealer. * Led sale process of $2MM family-owned business to related management team members. * Served as the primary engagement team member on a court-appointed receivership on behalf of a community banking client.
