Product owner for the McDonald’s Japan mobile app, Japan's #1 restaurant app with over 25 million downloads. Drove introduction of Mobile Ordering for the Japan market from project kickoff to pilot within one year, a record pace for the global McDonald's organization.

Business owner for Nintendo eShop prepaid cards and game downloads at all US retail accounts, including GameStop, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, and Amazon. Generated double-digit growth for two consecutive years through product line and channel expansion. Launched AR-enhanced prepaid cards, digital delivery of eShop currency, and the Nintendo download storefront on Amazon.com.

Chromebook: Led development of Chromebook retail environments, now in hundreds of locations in US and UK, from initial concept to pilot launch. Executed unique Chromebook trial programs with Virgin America (in-flight lending) and Ace Hotel NYC (in-room lending). Google Pack: Co-architect of Google Pack, a collection of essential software for new PCs with a fast, painless install process and automatic updates. Managed highly successful organic and affiliate distribution efforts, generating 100M 30-day active users. Google AdWords: Launched Google's first banner advertising service (Image Ads) and co-developed hybrid CPM/CPA bidding model (patent issued).

Launched Chrome Artist Themes campaign, leveraging power of Japanese brands such as SEGA, PlayStation, and Hatsune Miku to increase Chrome awareness and usage. Developed destination site for “Search On,” Google’s first major consumer campaign in Japan, which incorporated PC, mobile, TV, and out-of-home media. Played key role as liason between Japan and US marketing teams.
