We developed the business plan in late 2012 and spun out Chita from Elan pharmaceuticals in March 2013. We then built the dev team & developed the Chita cloud based content management and colloboration system on the Box platform. We successfully exited and sold chita to Medidata (NASDAQ: MDSO) in February 2017.
