Cofound/Harlem is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a diverse tech and entrepreneurial ecosystem North of 96th street by incubating ventures, ideas, and experiences. As Managing Director, Henry ideated, designed, and implemented a nine-month curriculum for CH's Inaugural 2015 Accelerator Program of four early-stage companies. Under Henry's leadership, CH's Inaugural Cohort produced a 75% hit-rate, $500k of VC raised, and a combined $10MM valuation (3x). As Chairman, John works in collaboration with the Board of Trustees to determine the long-term Strategy and Vision for the organization.

John Henry remained closely involved in the company from the inception up through its' acquisition in Dec 2014, handling a variety of tasks such as Business Development, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Strategic Partnerships, Human Resources and most importantly -- keeper of the vision.
