    Responsible for all aspects of strategic leadership and general management for the multi-site European flight training organization (FTO). Leads the multinational training and support teams to deliver ab initio flight training under EASA and UKCAA regulations from flight and ground training bases located in England, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Norway. FTO Europe has grown out of the acquisition of Oxford Aviation Academy and Sabena Flight Academy, renowned airline training academies founded in 1939 and 1953, respectively. The CAE Phoenix Academy is a global leader in ab initio airline training programs with over 20+ airline customers and around 1000 cadets trained annually.
