    Senior executive leading the global engineering and operations for AI, Cloud, Data, Enterprise, Collaboration, Cybersecurity and Service Delivery functions with an organization of ~120 people across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Directly responsible for driving WMG's continuous digital transformation to deliver the next-generation products and services that will scale WMG capabilities to redefine the media and entertainment industry. Key Accomplishments: 1. Transformed the global technology function in 12 months from an out-sourced / reactive / order-taking function to a fully-engaged, valued business partner. Creating an operating model grounded in transparency with an agree/commit OKRs structure . Yielding aligned, on-time, on-budget solutions that achieved a force multiplying effect throughout the company to better manage focus, capital and objectives. 2. Moved Tech to a product / PNE org focused on internal and external stakeholder journey’s where personas were defined, and tech built to provide delightful experiences and solutions with the data insights needed to propel the business to place their bigs bets and exceed their revenue and operational targets. This also eliminated bureaucratic processes and gatekeeping, kept the org lean and efficient. 3. Pioneered an AI first approach to all aspects Tech, cybersecurity, and business process to accelerate outcomes at a better opportunity cost. These initiatives reduced annual tool operating costs by $3M and improving staff efficiency by 20%.
