EAB was the education sector of the Advisory Board Company (also healthcare) prior to an activist position in Jan 2017 which resulted in EAB being purchased by Vista in the summer of 2017 and ABC by Optum. I left shortly before this all happened to move into venture capital. EAB had also purchased Royall in Jan 2015. Also worked full time for a portion of business school.
