In 2010, I moved to a new platform at Hogan Lovells. I work with the same types of technology and life sciences companies and entrepreneurs at Hogan as I did at WSGR. While I focus on the same corporate work, my practice is now enhanced by a global network of leading experts with deep and focused expertise who help tackle the issues that come up again and again for my clients. Disruptive business models and novel technologies often challenge rules and regulations, and even early stage companies need to navigate these complexities. At Hogan, I offer my clients proven experience in key industries along with practice breadth and geographical reach to proactively protect their business interests. Both my larger public company and startup clients benefit from these relationships and resources. It’s a great platform, and one my clients find very unique and valuable.
Hogan Lovells is a London-based multinational law firm that provides legal advisory services.

I joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (WSGR) when I graduated from law school in 1996 and worked closely with Mario Rosati and others at the firm for nearly fourteen years. During my time there, I advised hundreds of technology and life sciences companies and entrepreneurs. I built relationships with founders with exciting ideas and helped them navigate from start up through raising capital to eventually getting liquidity through an IPO or acquisition. I also represented public companies on securities offerings, corporate governance and complex securities matters, and I represented private companies and venture capital and private equity firms on investments and other transactions
Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati provides legal services for technology, life sciences, and other growth enterprises.
