I lead all projects and activities related to late-stage fundraising, communications and PR strategy (both buy-side and sell-side), IPO readiness and preparation (planning and executing investor-facing activities, including conference presentations), capital markets research and expertise, corporate strategy and special projects, and corporate development / M&A strategy. I nominated GrubMarket for, and helped the company make it onto the CNBC Disruptor 50 list for two consecutive years (rising 18 spots in the rankings). I am also spearheading the “Sustainable California” initiative, our commitment to promote, support, uplift and enhance agricultural sustainability in California by investing in environmentally meaningful activities like tree planting and supporting farmers in obtaining organic certification.
