    Whilst Worldpay was under Private Equity ownership, I led the business programme to separate the business from RBS and rebuild the core technology operating platform, as well as transforming the technology organisation and operations to meet the needs of a modern, engineering-led FinTech business. I led the development and implementation of technology strategy; drove organisational and cultural change in the technology division; managed the deployment of technology resources through portfolio management and project governance, and ran the technology risk function.

    In a variety of senior operational roles for Commercial Union and CGU (now part of Aviva), I managed claims operations for the commercial business lines, led major organisational change initiatives, and delivered the merger integration between Commercial Union and General Accident in Thailand.
