➤ Collaborates with executive team members to plan and implement a long-term strategy for the company’s sustained growth in the United States and China regional markets. ➤ Generates over $30 million/year in revenue through clothing sales of Menswear: Suits, Pants, and Knit & Woven Shirts. ➤ Implements performance, quality and efficiency measures to achieve quarterly textile production goals. ➤ Coordinates closely with buyers and replenishment teams for customers such as Amazon, Burlington Coat Factory, Costco, etc. ➤ Oversees three office staffs in Los Angeles, Shanghai, and Hong Kong with a total of 25 employees and helps control six separate clothing factories in China with up to 1,500 factory workers.
