CoachUp is a service that connects athletes with coaches. We believe that 1on1 coaching is the secret to reaching the next level in sports + life. As the nation's leading sports coaching company -- backed by $14M in venture capital and a 3X member of the Inc 5000 fastest growing American company list -- CoachUp has over 15,000 coaches in every sport (including fitness, yoga, and dance), across the country. CoachUp coaches are entrepreneurs who rely on CoachUp to build their web presence, market their services, and manage their business, from lesson to camps and clinics. Its a community inspired by passion, big dreams, hard work, and love of coaching. Founded and led CoachUp as CEO from concept through 3 rounds of venture capital, building a talented 30 person team and partnering with NBA MVP Stephen Curry as our lead spokesman. I believe that its possible to achieve anything if you dream big, work hard, and receive the right support. My life was altered by a private coach in basketball, who helped me go from being a mediocre high school player to fulfilling my dream of playing at the collegiate & professional level. I later became a private coach in basketball to have a similar impact on kids in my hometown. My experience with individual coaching, both as an athlete and a coach, led me to the idea for CoachUp, and my passion for the athletes and coaches we support motivates me every day. CoachUp would not have been possible without my amazing technical co-founders Arian Radmand and Gabe Durazo, among so many others, and our incredible investors and advisors. I'm very grateful and proud of what we have built together and the work we continue to do, coaching up thousands of kids across the country every week.
