Director of startups and open innovation programs. Some of the achievements are: + Be recognized as the best Peruvian acceleration program for startups and the only one internationally recognized. Advised startups from a phase of first sales to product market fit, scaling and venture capital investment helping them to achieve international success. + Invested in more than 35 startups with a potential return on investment of 4x. + Creation of the first open innovation hub for the construction sector of Latam (https://www.lamezcladorahub.com/) where nine organizations come together to create projects and tech companies to solve the challenges of the sector. + Creation of one of the first programs in Latam aimed at promoting tech entrepreneurship in the environmental sector. + Creation and management of entrepreneurship programs for students. Today four student's companies have international presence and / or have raised investment. + Management of open innovation programs with corporations and startups up to pilots execution with the objective of improving efficiency and/or increase sales. +Turn-around of the area up to profitability.

Direct report to executives of top Peruvian firms. + Led project teams to evaluate opportunities and design business strategies in the following markets: dairy, meats, warehouses, hotels, internet, transportation and energy. + Co-led project teams to design and implement strategic planning activities for Peru’s two main private trade associations as well as for top companies in the construction and educational market. + Led a project team to evaluate Peruvian natural gas market and recommended entry strategies for a petrochemical plant. + Led project teams to evaluate and estimate growth prospects for the quinoa and oil markets. + Led a project team to estimate the value of TV contents for a leading TV operator. + Designed strategies to reformulate excise taxes for alcoholic beverages and fuels for two top Peruvian companies. + Led a project team to evaluate and design strategies to reduce informality in the alcoholic beverages market. + Co-led a project team to create and design strategies to increase the penetration of telecom services in Kenya. + Led project teams to estimate the impact of mining and energy projects. + Led project teams to project demand for natural gas and electricity for two top Peruvian companies. + Co-led a project team that worked with Peruvian top executives to define private sector commitments in tourism, health, education and finance.

Analyzed the impact of fertilizer subsidies in Malawi, Nigeria, and, Kenya Analyzed the impact of weather insurance provision in Ethiopia. Designed strategies to strengthen rural producer organizations in Sub-Saharan Africa Coautor of "Which policy would work better for improved soil fertility management in sub-Saharan Africa, fertilizer subsidies or carbon credits?". In Agricultural Systems 110, p.p. 162-172, 2012. Designed and supervised a field survey for 300 rural farmers in Senegal. Responsible for training enumerators, supervisors and data clerks.

Team worked with international development banks to design public investment projects and elaborate feasibility studies.
