Porter is an open-source, fully-managed PaaS that lets teams automate DevOps. Deploy and manage apps within AWS, GCP, DO, and more. The idea behind porter is to give a similar DX that you would have on Heroku but on your cloud of choice. As a founding engineer, I accomplished many tasks between developing, planning, and managing new features, mainly leading the FE development during the past year and constantly trying to improve the quality of code and user experience around the platform. Some of the tasks that I accomplished while being at this position are: - Lead the integration between porter and self-hosted GitLab instances - Reduced the final bundle size of the platform by more than 50% - Developed the current onboarding process - Improved user experience by reducing loading times of multiple places around the platform.

Jupiter HQ - Full-stack Developer

Jupiter is a fintech as a service platform that provides developers tools to manage payments, ach transfers and capital management. Worked on the Scale Coding sector of the company, I was part of the team that is currently developing the ecosystem of products of jupiterhq.com. Working with NodeJS and VueJS I was in charge of connecting several services needed for the app to work and develop new screens or update old ones with new designs.

MercadoLibre hosts the largest online commerce and payments ecosystem in Latin America. Our efforts are centered on enabling e-commerce and digital and mobile payments on behalf of our customers by delivering a suite of technology solutions across the complete value chain of commerce. Frontend developer at the checkout team in coordination with multiple teams across different countries. - Helped the core team to clean up and update repositories to allow the company to upgrade Node versions to ensure security across the platform. - Refactored all the set of form components to improve scalability, reliability and allow other teams to use it.

Full Stack Developer

Worked as a consultant for multiple companies. In my first role, my job was to develop a dashboard to control network reliability and status. For the second project, I was in charge of all the technical decisions of a small team, defining the tech stack, defining tasks, and coordinating and unblocking the team when necessary.

Teclab - Full stack developer

2019 - 2020

Developed from scratch an education platform that would be used across multiple countries, each country with different needs across visual and language customization. I was part of the team in charge of establishing the frontend architecture as well as managing and defining the tasks the team was going to tackle. In addition, my job also consisted in optimize the database schema to improve and simplify the communication between frontend and backend.

Working alongside a hardware company to develop a personalized service to allow customers to customize their orders. I was in charge of developing and architecture the frontend, coordinating tasks between teams as well as optimizing the application to work on low-end devices.
