DIS Capital is the investment banking division of Digital Investments and Strategies. DIS was born in 2000 as a technology incubator in the TMT sector. In 2005, DIS created an international financial consulting division specialized in financing infrastructure projects, mainly between China and governments of developing countries. Dis has since then closed multi-billion dollar projects. These projects include infrastructures, energy generation and technology projects. DIS has also made direct investments in several technology companies. Our primary focus is Fundraising and M&A advisory services. Our experience is multi-sectoral and ranges from agtech to energy, industry 4.0, cybersecurity, fintech or blockchain. Our extensive experience allows us to work with companies in any region of the world and with a network of investors that cover any sector or country.
