Apicap a player in France's Small Cap Private Equity landscape, and provides support to SMEs in their development phases. At Apicap we target : SMEs from various industries, Revenues < 50M€. We do : LBO / Growth capital investments. Apicap has an invested portfolio of 127 SMEs, and manages 39 investment vehicles for a total of about 500M€ assets under management. My tasks in Apicap's team included : - Dealflow sourcing, - Financial Modeling & Business plan analysis (past & forecasts), - Valuation of targeted companies, - Markets and competitive landscape studies through DDQ & interviews, - Direct discussions with management, - Operations structuring and negociations with M&A, - Due diligence process management, - Legal document negociation and review, - Investment committee presentations, - Board meeting participation, - Organization of divestments with M&A and advisors. Worked closely with Citémétrie, Sorgem Groupe, Contrast Technologies, Altica Groupe, BRC, Groupe Fleuret-Sati, Groupe Fast Lease, Sushi Shop Deutschland, Groupe Battais, LDL Technology among others.

Quality management & engineering consultancy. Found a way to tackle quality issues on deliverables drawings within a team of 11 Chinese engineers: -Realized programming work to highlight the number of mistakes, what kind they were, so we could start working our analysis with figures and charts. -Managed a root cause analysis for all mistakes' categories that were previously prioritized. Organized scoring of the costs, detectability and frequency. -Released an action plan to implement in order to reduce efficiently and sustainably the number of mistakes.
