Emerald Development Managers (Emerald) is a Venture Capital firm investing in enterprise software, healthcare technology, and industrial technology at the Seed and Series A stage. Emerald’s expertise was developed over 25 years by founding, building and running an industrial company with a current market value greater than $1 billion. Deals are sourced from decades-long relationships with academic institutions, operating managers, academic research institutions, and like-minded VCs and private investors. Due diligence is supported by a network developed over more than 25 years that includes operating companies and their professionals, Entrepreneurs-In-Residence, consultants, academics, and past co-investors. We selectively invite Family Offices, HNWIs and private investors to invest in our deals, providing additional capital, expertise and relationships to accelerate the growth and success of our companies. As Vice President, Investor Relations I am focused on building long-term relationships based on shared values and interests. I invite Family Office and HNWI investors to connect to learn more about our carefully curated investment opportunities.

As Associate Director of 92Y Camps, and a member of the Senior Leadership Team at 92Y, I helped to rebrand 92Y Camps with educational STEM programs for today’s youth, increasing enrollment, brand value, and overall revenue. Developed 3-pronged partnership with New York Academy of Science for STEM rebranding, redeveloping youth activities to include STEM learning moments and creating for campers, technology-based electives including coding, robotics and entrepreneurship. I spearheaded a pilot internship program to reverse high turnover rate of educational leadership staff, with goal of increasing morale. Program grew from 6 to 56 interns over 3-year period, earning $100K grant funding over that time. Resulted in 75% retention internship rate. Leadership included organizing and mentoring a 50-member interdepartmental team collaboration.
