    I managed the Airtable Enterprise Customer Success team, which was responsible for $75M ARR across 200+ Enterprise customers. My team delivered $20M incremental ARR by introducing new use cases to existing customers. We consistently achieved team-wide quarterly revenue, usage, and account health targets, and developed and implemented our Quarterly Business Review and Joint Success Plan templates to add structure and repeatability to Customer Success motions.

Projects included (1) Implementing a 4-month Agile Marketing program at a leading Indonesian telecom firm; (2) Creating a business plan for a new product launch by a major Japanese digital media firm; and (3) Managing a Digital Transformation engagement for the Hong Kong Mass Transit Railway (MTR). I was also a contributing member of the Digital Partnerships Tribe, and oversaw several MarTech partnerships for the firm.

    2013 - 2017

    I was a launch team member for Google's marketing technology business in Japan, which grew from a $0 revenue foundation to $100 million annual sales across 20+ enterprise customers in 4 years. I hired, trained, and managed teams to support and grow Google's business with the largest marketers and ad agencies in Japan and regionally. I led the initiative to localize Google Bid Manager (flagship product) for the Japan market, working alongside global Product Management and regional commercialization groups to integrate with local ad technology partners. I managed business development on initiatives to bring the Google Marketing technology platform to Google's largest partners in the APAC region.
