I hired, trained, and managed teams to support and grow Google's business with the largest marketers and ad agencies in Japan and regionally. I led the initiative to localize Google Bid Manager (flagship product) for the Japan market, working alongside global Product Management and regional commercialization groups to integrate with local ad technology partners. I managed business development on initiatives to bring the Google Marketing technology platform to Google's largest partners in the APAC region.
