• Business Intelligence lead for our client, Exchange, the largest military government retailer in the US • Worked with the VP of Sales & the Managing Director to build out a detailed 1.5-month roadmap for the dashboard launch & delivered 1 week ahead of schedule to 30+ users within client group • Defined data requirements across 10+ sources, led the development of ETL workflows & implemented rigorous validation processes, achieving a 97% data accuracy rate • Built & maintained project management tracker while deploying dashboards for sales, labour, productivity, inventory & commissions replacing 30+ hours of manual report pulling every week

• Led analytics within the Bell door-to-door sales program managing 1200+ agents across Canada using DOMO, Salesforce & ADP to track KPIs • Played an integral part in the 6-month transition from manual excel reporting to real-time dashboards using a data visualization tool called DOMO; improved reporting accuracy by 23% while removing 20+ hours spent running reports every week • Built, implemented & managed a monthly sales target setting/forecasting process taking into account the channel, region, agent tenure, headcount & past performance; improved target accuracy by 7% and replaced 30+ hours of work for Directors every month • Analyzed and presented a revamped Performance Management System taking into account agent performance quartiling, tardiness & misdemeanour - led to the creation of a new weekly report for sales managers to track consistent low performers (4th quartile)
