Member of the Executive Leadership Team. Led business development (strategic alliances, channels, partner program), corporate development/M&A, and strategic planning and growth. A key executive behind planning and executing a rapid growth trajectory and transformation of Arxan from a small start-up to No 1 in Application Protection for Mobile and IoT, resulting in a $152M buyout by TA Associates (a top growth private equity firm) at a premium multiple. Arxan's automated application protection, detection, and analytics make the world's applications secured and trusted. Arxan's application hardening and run-time protection enables applications to automatically defend against compromise, detect attacks at run-time, and react to threats. Arxan-protected apps are running on over 1 billion devices with Fortune 500 customers in financial services, high-tech/ISV, digital media, gaming, healthcare/medical, automotive, retail, and other industries.
