After the company launched, I joined to run revenue. Our team owned user acquisition, retention, and brand. Key highlights: - Ultimately getting acquired by One Medical - 3x revenue through partnerships, content marketing and email marketing - Hit a $1 million revenue run rate - 2x landing page conversion rate - Placed stories in top media outlets, NYT, Today Show, Wired and WSJ - Launched new feature (CoachLine) to improve margins by 30% - Fun fact: Rise was featured as the Best New App by Apple twice

    Quixey was a search technology company, focusing on app search and deep linking. I was the first business hire, and joined when we were 3 people. I hired and scaled our marketing team to include communications, events, design, and product marketing. We drove 10+ global partnerships, $100M+ in venture funding, and over 200 hires. Key Highlights - Launched the company, resulting in immediate inbound interest from partners & investors - Launched our first consumer product, named best app launch by The Next Web - Increased site conversions by 3x through A/B testing - Started and scaled user and market research programs - Led the first brand refresh including: messaging, visual identity, new logo, new site - Placed stories in WSJ, TechCrunch, Mashable, FastCompany, PCMag, Forbes,and more - Developed initial B2B marketing that led to first 10+ partnership deals - Launched an online guerrilla marketing recruitment campaign that resulted in key hires and over 500,000 page views from developers - Created hiring campaigns and processes that increased recruiting conversions by 2-3x

    Worked for one of the world's largest Health Care Providers on a Business Process Outsourcing Account. Collaborated virtually with our team in the Philippines to create a framework for measuring and analyzing the capacity of 1,000 employees. Designed and implemented new process charts to accommodate Health Care Reform changes. Created a Quality Assurance method to track the monthly audits of 5,000-10,000 Accounts Receivable.

    Independently created a year long P.R. campaign to target foundations with assets of $5-$50 million with an emphasis on Merrill’s philanthropic services and exclusive access to BlackRock’s data and analysis. Analyzed portfolios and implemented innovative investment solutions.
