Julian is a Partner in McKinsey’s Banking and Risk and Resiliency practices. He co-leads McKinsey’s Web3 and Digital Assets service line and has over 20 years of experience in financial services, payments and blockchain technology. He has led the development of groundbreaking bank supervisory guidance for digital assets custody, trading, staking, lending and stablecoin networks.
