Work Experience

  • Managing Partner and Founder

    2023 - Current

Overlay Capital, an asset manager investing in venture and private equity with a focus on overlooked and hard-to-access opportunities in sustainable technologies that will drive tomorrow’s economy, has launched a new business, Overlay Capital Build. Our mission is to digitize the construction industry to drive productivity gains and sustainability commitments. Overlay Build addresses the gap between the increased supply of construction technologies with the unmet demand of adopters, what I call the “missing middle” in the built environment. #OverlayBuild specializes in advising technology adopters with significant real estate holdings, like multinational corporates, contractors, and real estate developers. We help identify solutions that can address project needs, develop adoption and implementation strategies at an organizational and project level, and track financial and impact ROI of technologies. If you’re a built environment startup, or a corporation with a large real estate footprint, and are seeking productivity gains or decarbonization goals, I’d love to connect with you at julieta@overlaycapital.com.

Overlay Capital is an alternative investment manager offering value through a cycle-agnostic approach.
