In addition, under her management, US onshore business’s profit margin was improved by 300%. • Built and lead a high performance team that provides excellent client experience and deliver high value services to Beyondsoft largest and strategic clients. Lead strategic investment and initiatives that resulted high level recognition by clients and significant business growth. • Built and delivered on new technology capabilities such as Cloud and Big Data and gained sustainable competitive advantages. • Designed account management and business development strategies resulting in delighted customers and major business growth. • Developed and executed key go-to-market strategies for business expansion and built new delivery capabilities via 2nd Tier city Xian in China. Given the Top Partner award by Microsoft for building the new delivery center from ground up in record time. • Hired, trained and managed executive staff spanning over many global corporate offices, consisting Seattle, Bay Area, San Diego, Boise, Vancouver in U.S., and Shanghai, Beijing, Xian, Wuhan, and Shenzhen in China.

Being among the key developers on the team, responsibilities included, identifying customer’s requirements, writing key specifications, and developing necessary front-end and back-end of the system. Startup acquired by Microsoft and joined MSN Shopping as a result.
